I take great care to ensure all product and service descriptions, details, measurements, prices and images are correct on the Website – however occasionally slight variations might occur due to different print runs, the production process, custom specifications, photography lighting, and the appearance of colours varying on different screen displays and in print and real life.
All prices displayed exclude VAT, as Kerri Awosile is not a VAT registered business, and are stated in GBP (£).
To order products from the site shop simply view the product listing(s), enter any variable options required (if applicable), enter the quantity wanted, add to your basket, and then complete the checkout.
Please note: if you are waiting for an email order confirmation, or a link to download a digital file, then check your junk/spam folder in case it has been sent there by mistake.
If you do not agree to any of these terms then you should not place any order via the site shop.
The site shop is intended for users in the United Kingdom and those over 18 years of age. Kerri Awosile will not knowingly enter into any contract/transaction with anyone under 18 years of age or outside of the UK. Delivery is only available to Mainland GB addresses.
All payments via the site shop are made through the Stripe payment facility. Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards. Payments can only be made in GBP (£).
Your order will not be processed or dispatched until you have paid. Once you have paid you enter into a contract with Kerri Awosile and are bound by these terms.

Once you have placed your commission order, please email 1 good quality photo of the subject (i.e. the front door or house) to hello@kerriawosile.co.uk within 48 hours. I may have to cancel your order if you don’t.
Please make sure the photo clearly shows the subject to be painted/drawn, as you would like it to be shown (i.e. from the correct angle, and without anything blocking the view). Blurry, incorrectly angled, or blocked view photos can’t be used as reference, and I may cancel your order if, after contacting you, you are unable to supply an appropriate photo. Please note any illegal or offensive imagery will not be accepted under any circumstances and in such cases, your order will be cancelled immediately.
Please ensure you have permission to share the photo(s) with me and that I have permission to create artwork from the reference (i.e. you own the copyright of the photo(s) and you have the subject owner’s permission – such as the home owner). Any content you provide for your commission remains your copyright (where applicable). Any/all proofs and finished pieces remain my copyright even after completion. Please see the ‘COPYRIGHT & PERMISSIONS’ terms below for more information.
You will be emailed a photo proof once complete (to the email address provided during checkout, unless otherwise agreed). Please check the proof carefully and let me know if you want to discuss any changes, as soon as possible. Please keep in mind, the appearance of colours can vary between different screens and original artwork. Please also keep in mind that artwork is subjective, and I only ever aim to capture a relaxed, general likeness and feel of the subject rather than a completely realistic and accurate copy. It may not be possible to provide any changes requested by you based on preference/opinion and artistic differences. Where minor changes are possible, or I agree to a reasonable recreation, I will provide one revision to the initial proof. Any further changes or revisions may be possible, for an additional fee, but this will be discussed with you before proceeding.
When ordering, you have the option to suggest a title for your commission by entering it in the ‘order notes’ box at checkout. I will confirm your title, or suggest a title, when I send your photo proof.
Once I believe the commission is finished, it will be dispatched as per the ‘DISPATCH & DELIVERY/SHIPPING OF TANGIBLE ITEMS’ below, with the confirmed title (or my suggested title, if I don’t hear back from you via email).
I make every effort to prevent and protect digital files from viruses and other malicious code and alike. Please ensure you take reasonable care when downloading files, use security software if possible, and don’t expose yourself to the risk of any virus or other malicious code which could damage your computer by downloading or opening files you believe to be corrupted/infected. To the extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for any loss, damage, or restriction to your data or computer that might occur from any digital files I send you. This does not include any liability which Kerri Awosile cannot legally limit.
Commissions ordered through my site shop are for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not use/copy/share/reproduce/sell any part of your proof(s) or finished piece for commercial purposes.
As with all Kerri Awosile products – commissions are only available for UK residents and those over the age of 18.
Where delivery/shipping details are entered at checkout that don’t match the billing details (i.e. a different name and/or address), I will include a note to state the item(s) have been gifted by the billing name.
Where you include a gift message with your item (using the ‘Order Notes’ box at checkout), I will print out your message and include it in the parcel. Gift messages must be no more than 400 characters, and it is your responsibility to check accuracy (i.e. spelling) when entering your message.
Kerri Awosile aims to dispatch all non-commissioned items within 14 days and commissioned items with 3-4 weeks (unless otherwise stated on the product page/listing).
Where a ‘Pre-order’ is available, the time and date by which you need to place your pre-order, and the relevant dispatch date, will be stated on the product page/listing. Any additional stock available will be listed after the pre-order window and will be dispatched within the usual 14 days (unless otherwise stated on the product page/listing).
Items from the same order may be dispatched in separate parcels (at Kerri Awosile’s discretion) but please allow for all items being dispatched at the same time, up to the latest date for the relevant order items.
Products can only be delivered to Mainland GB.
Please note: each order can only be dispatched to one address so, if you would like to deliver items to multiple addresses, you will need to order each item separately.
For total order costs up to and including £49.99 (after any discounts are applied and excluding delivery/shipping), a £5.00 delivery/shipping fee is payable. This fee includes postage and packaging.
For total order costs of £50.00 or more (after any discounts are applied and excluding delivery/shipping), delivery/shipping is free – when selected at checkout.
Occasionally, a product may include free delivery (postage and packaging – P&P). This will be detailed on the product listing. Please note, however, if you add any additional items to your basket that don’t include free delivery, and your total order costs do not meet the £50.00 or more threshold (after any discounts are applied and excluding delivery/shipping), a £5.00 delivery/shipping fee is still payable – this fee includes postage and packaging.
All pieces up to and including A2 size (including any mount), will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (unless otherwise agreed). All pieces over A2 size (including any mount), will be sent via Parcelforce Express 24 (unless otherwise agreed).
All Original Art and Commissions will be sent flat in protective packaging. A4 (or approximately A4) and smaller Prints will be sent flat in protective packaging, all other Prints will be carefully rolled in postage tubes. Mixed orders will be sent in the most appropriate packaging for the items, or may be split into separate parcels.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery/shipping address. Kerri Awosile cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed delivery where you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address.
Where Parcelforce Express 24 is provided, a signature may be required. It is your responsibility to ensure someone will be available to sign for the delivery at the delivery/shipping address you provide.
Where Royal Mail or Parcelforce return your order to Kerri Awosile due to an inaccurate address or someone not being available to sign for the delivery, I will contact you to arrange redelivery – but a £5 shipping/delivery fee will be payable – this fee includes postage and packaging.
All products should be suitable and safe for the recommended purpose/use stated, when used as intended. However, please always use common sense and due diligence when using products to ensure they are suitable and safe for your intended purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death, caused by using any product in an unsuitable or unsafe way. This does not include any liability which Kerri Awosile cannot legally limit.
I may offer Promotional Codes or Offers that apply to one, some or all products on the site shop. These promotions will have their own terms and conditions which will be found within these website terms as appropriate, OR alongside the promotional code/offer in promotional materials/posts/pages etc.
Unless otherwise stated in the Promotional Code’s specific terms – only one Promotional Code can be used per transaction and the chosen Code must be stated at the time of ordering.
Promotional Codes and Offers are not exchangeable and have no cash value – they can only be used for the purpose stated within their specific terms.
Where a Promotional Code or Offer has an expiry date – you will not be able to use it once expired.

When you buy goods or services from a business, in law you have a number of rights. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods or services are faulty or misdescribed. If you have a statutory (or legal) right to cancel, I will refund you 100% of any money paid by you, including delivery charges.
To reject any items/goods for statutory (or legal) reasons please inform Kerri Awosile as soon as possible. The same method used to deliver your goods should be used to return them. I will reimburse you for the return of goods for statutory reasons or ask you to dispose of the item, but please do not dispose of any items you wish to reject before agreeing with me.
Regulations relating to distance selling require cancellation or ‘cooling off’ periods when consumers (individuals) buy goods, services, or digital content away from the premises of the seller (e.g. via a website). Please note: these rules do not apply to business-to-business transactions, nor to goods made to a consumer’s specification (i.e. custom, bespoke or personalised goods, such as commissions).
Sales contracts (goods or goods and services) have a cancellation period of 14 days, starting the day after the day on which goods come into your physical possession, or the possession of the person you ask me to deliver to.
Digital Content not supplied on a tangible medium (i.e. a download) has a cancellation period of 14 days, starting the day after the day on which the contract is made – unless you expressly request access to the download within the cancellation period (by purchasing instant access through my site) and by doing so acknowledge you lose your right to cancel, and I then confirm your request and acknowledgement.
To use your right to cancel please contact me as soon as possible by clear statement – such as sending a posted letter, email, or completed ‘Cancellation Form’ (contact Kerri Awosile to request a blank ‘Cancellation Form’).
If you use your right to cancel both your and my obligations under the contract end and I must refund all that you have paid me, including any standard outward Delivery charges (not premium Delivery services requested by you, i.e. faster delivery).
You will have to pay for any return(s), and you should use the same delivery/shipping method used to deliver your items to you.
If any product is found to be out of stock after you have placed your order, I will contact you to choose either a suitable alternative or refund.
Once your order has been placed, I cannot guarantee being able to make any changes to your order.
If you wish to cancel an order outside of any statutory or distance selling rights to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible. I will deal with each request on a case-by-case basis, however I reserve the right not to offer any refund.
If I need to cancel your order, I will contact you as soon as possible and refund 100% of any money already paid by you for the order.
I will do everything reasonably within my power to contact you to make alternative arrangements if circumstances beyond my control (force majeure) prevent me from fulfilling an order, such as, but not limited to: road closures, major incidents, severe weather, technical failure, power cuts, internet faults, strikes, war, fire, flooding, or legal restrictions. Where I can’t fulfil an order, I will refund 100% of any money already paid by you for the order.
Please note, ownership of goods does not pass until full payment has been received. If you do not pay the full price or otherwise breach this contract, I may treat the contract as terminated, and I may keep any amounts already paid by you for goods already supplied, and I may recover any reasonable losses caused by the breach.
